Just 'cause we Y&Bers have money woes doesn't mean we have to live in a constant state of stress. Taken from an article I wrote for DivineCaroline, here are some simple (and mostly free) ways to keep your blood pressure and stress-level down while you go about being your brokeass self. 

1. Zen through our eyes: Simply close your eyes. It's amazing how much we can take in and how much we can wear out our poor pupils, especially sitting in front of computer screens all day (and TVs at night). Give your lids a rest and close them if only for a minute of solitude. Read more...
